By using Fathom you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

Fathom is free and provided as it is

Fathom is a free project run by a student. It comes with no guarantees: it may have bugs, be down sometimes, change, or shut down. If it's ever going away, there will be notice so you can export your sets.

Your sets are yours

You own what you create. You let Fathom store it and show it to you, and to anyone you give a share link to. You can export or delete your sets at any time.

Only add what you have the right to share

Don't upload or share material you don't have permission to use, such as a publisher's test bank or someone else's copyrighted work. Follow your school's academic integrity rules.

Don't misuse the site

• No spam, illegal content, harassment or hateful content.
• No attempts to break into accounts, overload the site or get around its limits.
• No automated sign-ups or scraping.

Content or accounts that break these rules may be removed.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Fathom and the person running it aren't liable for any loss that comes from using the site, including lost data. Keep your own export of anything important.
